RADEC, established in 2014, is a company specialized in decontamination requiring expertise and national certification (asbestos removal, unsealing, and destruction).

Its know-how is carried out with a 100% focus on customer satisfaction. The company wanted to create its website in order to meet the new expectations of its customers. This will provide an opportunity to give this company a new exposure and modernize its brand image while working on the ergonomics and design of the website.

Brief & Context

RADEC is a leading company in the world of decontamination; it operates mainly in the Rhône-Alpes region (France), but with a national vision. This fast-growing company offers its services in a wide range of areas such as asbestos removal, unsealing, deconstruction and for all types of customers.

Its services are all under the concept "plug-and-play offer": also realization of secondary works (plaster painting, floor...) to renovate the property following the removal of hazardous materials.

In a fast-moving sector, the decontamination market is very competitive. However, the domain's brand image is often outdated. We therefore worked with the RADEC teams to find an image that reflected their values without being too disruptive.

Main goals and objectives

A virtual image for modern times

Without a website, RADEC had to take the digital turn in order to continue to establish itself among the leaders in its market. The first step was therefore to find a design that accepted the compromise between tradition and modernity. A new graphic charter has therefore been developed in order to be able to successfully stick to the website. Visitors had to be surprised while seeking peace and quiet in the work provided.

The site was therefore organized with a menu by segment (Welcome, Company, Customers, Services, Realizations, Contact Us).

At RADEC's request, some elements of the site are dynamic in their display rules to ensure some protection of competition.

A simple & personalized backoffice

In contact with the RADEC teams, we immediately understood that the time spent on the administration of the website would unfortunately not be supported. It was therefore necessary to create a very simple administration interface so that the correct actions necessary for the life of the site could be carried out quickly by any outsider.

This backoffice offers the possibility of administering all customer references as well as recent achievements made by the company's teams.

In order to ensure continuous improvement, a set of analysis tools has been put in place to better understand the expectations of visitors to the website.
